OUR PROCESS

When you request a consultation, we will come out to your home for a brief overview of the project and talk about budget expectations. After assessing your project as a good fit, we will begin our Comprehensive Project Evaluation. You will meet with select members of our design
team to discuss your vision. This team may include an interior designer, kitchen and bath designer, and select vendors for speciality materials. The design is developed through use of computer aided design and a guided selection of materials.

After the design is fully developed, our team members who will build your space will come out for our Team Review. Each member supervising their area of specialty will look over the design in the space to give an accurate quote and look for any potential hindrances to the design or construction. With all their information, we can give you a firm price without guessing how much the work will cost. After the price is approved, we are dedicated to staying on budget and on schedule. The end result is a remodeled home you will love, not just live with. Having a house you love is why you are renovating in the first place.
